We truly enjoyed the property’s waterfront location, and the home was beautifully decorated as well.

The property was nearly an hour and a half late allowing us to check in, and unfortunately, the house was infested with roaches. They were heavily present downstairs, and we even found one in the Keurig and another in the refrigerator. Because of this, we weren’t able to fully enjoy our stay, as we were worried about accidentally bringing roaches back home with us.

The price and the location for what i was needing. The owner was super nice and let us check in about a hour and half earlier. It was super clean on inside and the water comes up good to property. Kids loved the could fish

It wasn’t in the nicest area and the water smelled awful. Upstairs shower wasn’t working

The home is beautiful, very clean, very modern and tastefully decorated. The porch is also lovely with a beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway. The neighborhood seems to be quiet and safe.

There was no hairdryer, which surprised me a little bit. I never received the email that allowed me access to the home, but fortunately I was able to contact the host and they quickly responded with my code. I am a larger person and I had to do some work while I was there. I found there were no comfortable chairs for me and no office space to work. So I found it very difficult to get any work done because I just couldn’t find a comfortable place to set up my laptop and mouse and keyboard - on one day I paid to use a coworker space in Jacksonville. The location turned out not to be the best for me because everything I wanted to see and do was at least a half hour drive through city traffic. The washing machine is a top load and it is so deep that I wasn’t able to reach my laundry after it was done. I had to use a blanket to step on plus some tongs from the kitchen to pull my laundry out of the bottom of the washing machine.
