Un séjour idéal. Accueil merveilleux au Luxury Héritage Boutique Hotel. L'hôtel est moderne et agencé avec goût. Nous avons été reçu royalement. Chambre très spacieuse, vue sur la Médina, petit déjeuner au top et dîner avec un large choix. Un seul regret ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps.

Service is very good. All staff is permanently at your service taking care that everything was perfect. Adib the receptionist was very kind and Hayiba the hotel manager was always taking care of us, making our stay at the hotel, a nice experience

My stay at Fes Heritage Boutique Luxury Hotel was truly exceptional. From the first moment of arrival, the hospitality, professionalism, and warm atmosphere made me feel at home. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and beautifully maintained in every detail. The staff were consistently kind, respectful, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Special thanks to Ms. Hajiba for her outstanding care and continuous support to all guests. I would also like to thank Chef Rachid for the delicious food and excellent restaurant service. The reception team, housekeeping staff, and everyone working at the hotel contributed to making my stay comfortable and memorable. The location is also excellent and convenient for exploring Fez. I truly felt like part of a family during my 11-night stay.

Honestly, nothing significant. My experience was excellent overall, and the staff always responded quickly to any request with professionalism and kindness.

Very modern clean and comfortable hotel; we were treated as vip by the manager who upgraded us to a suite; it’s an hotel for groups but the individual guests coming via booking are given a privileged attention by the manager and the staff ; parking at the door and perfect location to visit all parts of the city
