GBFabulous little house. Super-cute. Lovely and clean with an extremely comfortable bed. Great location with street parking close by. Accepts dogs and only a short walk to lovely Meanwood Park. Thank you for a great stay!

Cold, no instructions on how to put the heating on. Used the fan heaters. Extension cables didn’t work, had to keep unplugging things to plug something else in. Needs a spring clean. Poor response times to queries. No response re heating or lack of toilet rolls. Not enough loo roll for two night stay, no spares anywhere.

Poor access, gate in disrepair, with sharp screws. Staircase marrow difficult to manage with suitcase. Not good accommodation for elderly or infirm. Instructions to operate facilities poor, scribbled on the wall illegable.
GBA quirky little house, it was very clean and had all the equipment that I needed. The heating was good.
The stairs are very steep and would be difficult for some people. This should be mentioned in the information section. I had problems with the TV which seemed to be driven from a black box, maybe Virgin. The only way that I got it working was to use the iPlayer to access BBC programs.
MYRight next to Humbl cafe for some breakfast and tea. Of course the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking ware. The location was accessible and pretty.
Maybe the cleanliness of the home could have been a bit better. I had to sweep the kitchen my first day.But honestly on the whole the whole house was very clean and well kept.
