The apartment was extremely beautiful and clean. The welcomed us with some breakfast goodies which was a nice gesture.

We had a really hard time finding the place and at the time the owner didn’t respond to any of our calls or texts. After this inconvenience they gave us the key and the next morning the owner gave us a bottle of wine as a gift.

Great hosts, amazing view, large room, good supplies (for coffee and breakfast) in the room.

I really enjoyed staying here. If i would mention one thing, is the sunbeds on the terrace. They should be kept clean so you can enjoy that gorgeous terrace at the best.

The view from our window of the fields was so picturesque it seemed like a painting. Had a blackbird and dove singing every day. The bedrooms were perfect for me, my wife and daughter. Large bathroom and great shower.

Would have liked to use the umbrella on the deck but it was broken. Some of the cushions on the chairs on the deck could use replacement.

Ignore the Google reviews. It’s a family-run business and some travelers were having irrelevant standard. Just 15 minutes walk away from the main area, here is the little house with proper Tuscany view. Endless green just out of the window don’t even need to go out. accommodation is adequate and the hospitality is superb

The room was airy and spacious. The view is beautiful. The garden is pleasant during the day and also at night. The location is ideal to walk to Montepulciano and immersed in the nature. Very quiet at night and idyllic in the morning. Parking is very convenient. Staff are friendly and accommodated our requests.
