My Place Downtown

Great small studio apartment able to accommodate two people, centrally located, very clean and well maintained. The apartment is very quiet as long as the the windows are closed. The kitchen if fully equipped to be able to prepare, cook, and eat meals, and to store supplies or leftovers. Should you need to get some food in a hurry, there is a grocery store conveniently located on the ground level, right next to the building entry. The bed is comfortable and the apartment has a thermostat that you can set to cool or heat up the room as desired. The TV has plenty of channels to watch, local or foreign, should you be interested. The bathroom is on the smaller size, but it's equipped with new, modern plumbing fixtures, all in good working condition. Finally, they have a great, responsive management team that you can contact any time, should you have a problem or question. Thank you Florin and team, I had a great time for more than three weeks that I stayed there!

Apartamentul este amplasat pe malul Someșului Mic, în dreptul unui baraj artificial, care produce un zgomot infernal, atât ziua cât și noaptea. Dacă reușiți să rezistați acestui zgomot, totul va fi foarte bine. Locația este centrală, apartamentul este foarte curat, cochet, semnalul wi-fi este foarte bun, televiziunea este prin satelit, are tot ce-i trebuie unui sejur complet. Chicineta este complet echipată cu tot ce aveți nevoie. Este situat foarte aproape de centrul vechi al orașului, de Piata Unirii (10 minute de mers pe jos). Cafenelele, restaurantele bancomatele le găsiți foarte aproape de locație. La parterul blocului aveți un supermarket Profi, de unde puteți cumpăra tot ce doriți. Dacă sosiți cu mașina personală, aveți parcare privată în curtea interioară. Totul este securizat prin cod și cheie electronică. Recomand cu mare căldură.

La duș, aș recomanda, un suport pentru săpun solid. Nimeni nu se spală la duș cu săpun lichid, care se scurge imediat de pe corp.
