Excellent location, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent restaurants nearby and great place to explore the Norfolk coast.

Excellent location with easy access to beach, pubs shops etc. Considering it was in a busy street it was a very quiet location. Would stay again and it was quite easy to locate the property

The Sky TV didn't appear to be working and it was a bit of a problem to access the terrestrial tv channels also the holiday flat above were noisy moving about sound proofing would improve that.

Free parking. Location close to town and sea front. Complimentary wine and milk etc. Great seaside decor. Comfy bed. Relaxing lounge.

The location was excellent. Apartment was very clean and well stocked with a bottle of wine and information/ leaflets on things to do. There were clean linen, towels etc as you would expect but don't always get. Big bedroom great with good drawers/ wardroom and a massive bed. Sofa in front room really nice to sit and just chill out on. Place felt secure with plenty of windows to give good light

These will not be relevant for everyone but just a couple of things We weren't able to use the television as we've never used sky before and also didn't know what the two remotes were for. Didn't know how to use the dvd player either so maybe instructions would help. Could use i-player though so still able to use it. The kids bedroom was very small and not really great for a teenager, who got the bottom bunk and could hear absolutely everything that went on in the bathroom! Also wifi not great. (fine everywhere else). Managed to work out how to use the dish washer but didn't use the coffee maker so again, instructions may help.

It was a lovely place to stay in, with everything we needed.

They thought of everything. Very nice and clean. Nice touches with having milk and wine in fridge Clean towels and bedding, sky TV, and card games. Even had bucket and spades to borrow. Helpful booklet with local information Anyone lucky enough to book this accommodation will not be disappointed. It is so close to all amenities.

Only thing was upstairs property could hear everything it was like a family of elephants staying there. I think if you could have a blind at bedroom window as the sun woke me up very early as shrone through sides of curtains.
