"Ein schöner Sommerurlaub in den italienischen Marken über den Dächern von Ancona!"

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit den üblichen Geräuschen durch vorbeifahrende Autos, wöchentliche Müllabfuhr und spielende Kinder/Jugendliche auf den Sportplätzen in der Nähe. All das ist nicht störend, sondern man ist mitten im Leben. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und hat eine Dachterrasse. Die Fotos untertreiben, die Wohnung ist noch viel schöner, ebenso die sensationelle Dachterrasse! Das Bad mit Dusche ist super, das Bett ist super gemütlich. Die Besitzerin ist eine super Gastgeberin, mit ihr kann man am besten italienisch sprechen. Zwei Klimaanlagen sorgen für kühle Nächte im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafzimmer.

Ehrlich? Es gibt nix zu meckern!

Very comfortable room. We really enjoyed the roof top deck. The sunsets and views of the sea were fantastic.

Het terras is echt de troef van dit appartement, geweldig uitzicht. Jammer dat het tijdens ons verblijf zo heet was, alleen 's ochtends en 's avonds konden we ervan genieten. Binnen wel lekker koel met de airco en de rolluiken naar beneden aan de zuidkant. Zeer gezellig ingericht, keuken goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden, voldoende handdoeken, info over de stad en de regio. Lift tot op de 4de verdieping. Bushalte voor de deur maar we namen onze auto om naar de stad te gaan. Fantastisch ijssalon tegenover appartement en op 400 m restaurant 'le Botte', zeker een aanrader. Gastvrouw heel vriendelijk en via whatsapp steeds te bereiken indien nodig. We vonden steeds parkeerplaats in de straat, bijna voor het gebouw.

Alles prima, voor deze prijs een aanrader.

Very comfortable property and great host. Would love to stay longer and would definitely go back and stay

Parking can be hit and miss. We had a car park but locals will park randomly and it’s not guaranteed
