"Clean, spacious and comfortable house in a somewhat noisy part of Great Ayton."

8.0

Clean, newly decorated house with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Nice sitting room and dining room. Great Ayton has some lovely restaurants and shops.

The area was quite noisy - neighbours were revving up motorcycles at 2am. Nowhere to park nearby as it was all taken up by Locals. Only one toilet which was not separated from the one bathroom so was tricky for 5 people. A toilet downstairs would be handy.

"Very comfortable stay, excellent location right in the heart of beautiful Great Ayton."

The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to accommodate our family. We also had no issues parking very close by.

"Very disappointed after seeing previous reviews but made the most of what we had."

4.0

Lovely and clean. Enough room for everyone. Comfy beds ,great garden and location.

No heating on when we arrived with baby.Boiler showing error, asked to fix ourselves so had to you tube to fix. Shower completely broken off the wall and the head just hanging down. Cheaper cutlery, knives bent just buttering bread. No spare bin bags or pot towels.
