The towel smells bad, the comforter smells bad, the sheets on bed was unwashed The bathroom walls were dirty The wardrobe had a broken drawer The AC was working fine, the TV was working fine, the geyser was working fine

Not up to standard and poor services. Horrible in power interruption time, staff not willing to start generator. Not recommendable to others
