Era abbastanza pulita

Per giorni abbiamo provato a contattare la struttura per avere un transfer dall’ aeroporto all hotel senza nessun esito. Questo ci ha fatto mettere in dubbio l affidabilità della struttura e della nostra prenotazione. In camera abbiamo trovato sul pavimento delle piume di uccello anche se nel complesso la camera appariva pulita e un asciugamano macchiata.

This place is a scam! They are closed. I am not sure if expedia is aware that they are closed. They told me they informed expedia but they cant produce any proof or rmail, saying the management is already closed. They insist that they are Kaia hotel and I booked in Kaia Inn, same owner they said but different management. They will not refund my money. They advised me to get my refund from Expedia because they said I paid Expedia not Kaia. Beware, you will be miserable dealing with Kaia. You will arrive in beautiful Palawan island without a place to live!!!!

Great location close to laundry services, restaurants, Tikibar, airport. Staff was helpful to hire car to airport. Allowed late check-out. TV was nice to relax with movies since it was raining a lot.

Power went out during rainstorm but not the fault of hotel. They had things working again quickly. We were on 3rd floor and didn’t hear nearby music/bar but there is loud bar beneath this hotel if you stay on lower floors.

The staff was willing to help and all smiles

The hotel you book is closed but they don’t inform you , they don’t response to your messages, when you get there they tell you to go in another hotel of the group which is nothing compare to what you have booked before and pay .

The Address is wrong as they have a new hotel but the staff said they would change it
