La ubicación es muy buena, cercano de la playa pero sin los ruidos de los bares

La limpieza pudo ser mejor, y quizá en ello esté el que las hormigas invadan el cuarto, lo cual es molesto. El wi-fi también es algo deficiente, podría mejorar.

The location is terrible , in the middle of nowhere. The property didn’t coffee let alone breakfast, and you are a mile away from civilization. It is an area that has been stopped from building due to politician corruption (big surprised) so we were in between unfinished buildings all over the place. Find something in proper zicatella.

The staff is very attentive to all needs and requests we made in our stay. There's a water dispenser on every floor which helps a lot.

The hotel is located in the middle of two touristic areas, so you will have to walk, at least 10 min, to get a restaurant or anything. The value for the money is not the best. There's an evident need of maintenance to the rooms and a lack of toiletries that I'd expect to be better for the price. Rooms are clean. Although we had to change the room because we found bugs in the beds. Presumably not bed bugs but generated a sense of uneasy feeling in our stay.

La ubicación es muy buena, el tamaño de la habitación y la limpieza. Al principio rente otro lugar pero tuve una pésima experiencia y cancelé, posteriormente llegué a este hotel y la experiencia fue muy buena y salvó mis vacaciones. Excelente!

Todo bien, solo la alberca un poco clorada más de lo normal y el internet falla un poco, pero hasta donde se es algo normal en Puerto Escondido.

Sehr familiäres Hotel in bester Strandlage. Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir waren insgesamt neun Personen in drei Zimmern und hatten auch zwei mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen dabei, die anstandslos ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekamen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch der Inhaber hat oft mit uns gesprochen, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Pool ist sauber, das ganze Hotel ist sicher, sauber und gepflegt. Ausstattung ist modern. Warmwasserversorgung durch Solarenergie, Wasserspender mit gekühltem Wasser auf jeder Etage. Keine Plastikflaschen nötig, großes Plus. Von der Dachterrasse prima Überblick zum Meer und nach Puerto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
