Bathroom dirty. No toilet paper or holder. Cold water. Too many steps

AVOID! Mattress was the only good thing. Worn and stinky towels and sheets though!

AVOID! I have booked room with 2 single beds. Got massage 30 mins later that the bed will be double..! There is A reason to book two single beds. I’ve tried to contact the property 8 times with emails, through Booking, via phone ets. NO ANSWER! Only to find out the “room” has two single beds after all day bad feelings about it! It’s been more than a week I’m still waiting for an invoice. No answer again. NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED! It says it is, but it’s actually kind of hostel with no reception and tricky electric locks. So disappointed next morning to find out Travelodge with free parking was even £6 cheaper. The towels and sheets were worn and have that deep, heavy smell of mold.

The bed was reasonably comfortable

Self check in Was not advised before booking and paying Area was rough boarded up shops , Drunks walking about area Was no breakfast No coffee which was supposed to be available(free)bedside sockets didn’t work Tv wouldn’t work toilet had mould round bath skirting broken generally not clean no hot water No receptionist Very surprised this accommodation allowed on Booking . com
