Lovely quiet location. 5 minutes walk into Bellingham which has places to eat and a few shops. Very near the walk to Hareshaw Linn waterfall which is beautiful. Well equipped kitchen . Private courtyard which was a sun trap and easy convenient parking. The hot tub was great , very clean.

All perfect for us. The bed might not be suitable if you are very tall.

Unique with an excellent location. Very well equipped kitchen.

Noise from boiler (or generator) was a little disturbing through the night.

Maybe a shelter over hot tub as it was raining so could not get full use of hot tub

Quite small but we’re only there one night so was fine

we loved the hot tub! - really nice after the long Dirty Reiver gravel bike race. The dog was happy in the enclosed space. very quiet and peaceful. next to the brewery - must come back to visit this next time. Near to the town where there are shops and pubs.

the small toilet to use the facilities mean you squeeze past. We didnt mind the bed lay out, but some people might find the bed a funny alignement to climb into. (not an issue for us)

Great location, lovely decor and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet is too tight. I am only 5ft1 and my knees hit the wall when trying to use the toilet. My husband is 6ft2 so it was really uncomfortable for him.
