The staff were all amazing, especially Anmol and Raghu. They served with a smile always and very happy to help me with everything. The Manager Mr Murthy was also very very helpful in every way.

The noise from the Restaurant every night till past midnight. Neighbour room which were almost like they were attached to my room were so noisy also.

Booked Hotel Le Grandeur for rest after a red-eye flight, but nonstop construction noise right beside the windows made it impossible. The disturbance was not limited to the day — it carried on through the middle of the night and continued into the morning, leaving us exhausted and unable to recover. Staff were dismissive, and past reviews had already flagged this same issue. Misleading high ratings raise serious doubts about authenticity. Booking.com must take responsibility by removing or flagging such properties with ongoing disturbances and misleading ratings. Guests deserve honest information and a fair chance to make informed choices, not to be misled into uncomfortable stays.

The room is too small without proper ventilation. No external view sandwiched in between two buildings

Everything was great. The room was a good size, great bathroom. Staff were attentive and kind. Good location. The decor is all new. Comfortable bed.

I guess the road was a little noisy we were at the front of the building. But only as expected.
