Overall experience was okay

Location, cleanliness and comfort

The speed of the fan regulator did not work - so it was either super high or super low, both of which were not comfortable Some hooks on the bathroom door would be great!

The hotel has an excellent location in Gandhi bazar with all the restaurants close by. The rooms were clean, staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

It would be great if the rooms had a small fridge or microwave.

The rooms were clean and modern. Location was in the middle of the action, walking distance to some stores and shopping area. Manager helped drive us to ATM during check-out and was kind enough to drop us off at station.

The room was much smaller than I expected, and we were given a combined twin-beds instead of a queen/king bed as requested. International credit cards not accepted, only local cards or gpay or cash.

From Italy, 1st time in BLR. Here for a trade fair at BIEC. Small hotel, clean not pretentious, nice veg restaurant at ground floor (good breakfast too!)z Loved the staff, extremely friendly, and the manager Mr. Murthy, really professional and helpful. Location is great too, close to National College Metro Station, easy access to the whole city.

Nothing really, for the value. Only one tip: get some cash beforehand or get PayTm. International credit cards are not always accepted in Bengaluru, also by most ATMs.
