Blue Spring Hotel

In 4 days they NEVER cleaned the room! Never Made the beds Small room and dated furniture Photos are far better than real life There was anybody at check-in nor check out, no help at all

I am not sure that the room was thoroughly cleaned. Beds did not have a mattress more of a topper on a hard surface. Not enough towels for two guests for two nights.

location is excellent. view is wonderful. quick and efficient checking.

Location was great- directly opposite Hyeopjae Beach. Lots of beautiful walks within reach of the front door. The Hallim Botanical gardens were close by. Free parking easily available in the parking lot opposite. During the summer parking may be more problematic.

It was quite dirty. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the room was very hot. They did not provide enough towels for all the guests.

Need to close the curtains because the windows are floor to ceiling, and in the evening people from outside can see into the room

Bathroom would be better.

There’s nothing aside from the location that I liked about the dirty hotel. There’s no staff to even help you out. We had to wait for someone to come from home. It’s the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. And looks like years of damage. And old photos. No staff on hand. It was awful.
