I booked it,for one night I.E on 4th feb ,2025. I confirmed it on 31st ,dec 2025 over phone and also talked about our late arrival . Due TO heavy road jam , It was seems impossible to reach hotel not before 12.00 am. So when I called him at 7pm for informing for our late arrival at 12 am, He told me that U have not confirmed me for our coming, and started arguing. I have also send the call recording of our 31 st phone conversation.after that He told me that,if u can reach before 9 pm,room is yours. Otherwise it will be given to other .
