Hot water in toilet available for 24 hours. AC was good.

No cleanliness. Bedsheet, towel provided were not clean. Bad smell in room. No water and glass provided - the most shocking thing. When asked at reception, they said that they dont provide the same. Room was booked for 3 persons but the bed was small. No arrangement of extra cot etc was there. Checked out after 2 nights only (booked for 4 nights) but refund not made by the property. They said it will be arranged by booking.com. Raised the issue but no refund received.
