Everything ! Rooms perfect and super roof top ! The staff was very Helpful ! We took the airport pickup and the simcard service with them and everythings went perfectly. Special Thanks to mr Manoj !!!!

Beds were comfortable.

1. While checking out, receptionist asked me to open the booking.com app for a 'code'. Since I didn't find the code (because there is no such thing), he asked me to let him help with it. It was clearly a trick to get my mobile. When I handed him my mobile with the app open, he himself gave the perfect rating (10 star) and pleaded me to write few good things about his property. When I said that I will give the review later, he asked to give the rating in front of him. He even tried to lure me into doing it in exchange of a discount on the taxi he was arranging for me. Now, you know the reason behind the good ratings for this property, which is just an average stay. 2. Because of the obscure location of the property, most of the drivers on ola/Uber cancel the ride the moment they know its location. Since I needed to check out early in the morning, I had to book it from the hotel itself. They used the opportunity to charge me about three times the price available on Ola (on which drives kept cancelling the ride because of hotel location). 3. It is perhaps only place in India where they still charge drinking water above it's MRP. They charged Rs. 30 for Rs. 20 bottle. 4. Bathroom exhaust was not working. It's lock from the inside too was faulty.

Malheureusement la première chambre était pas propre, il nous ont donc immédiatement changé de chambre dès qu'on leur a fait remarquer. La salle de bain reste à désirer à chaque fois.

The staff was friendly

It was not clean. Lot of bugs. Refrigerator was not working in the room.

We have spent 4 nights there and it was fabulous! First of all, the staff let us do an early check-in without extra cost and it was one of the only time where that was possible during our 2 months trip in India! Then, Mr Manoj and the staff members were all SUPER nice, friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They really care about their clients and do everything they can to make your stay easier :) They organize taxi services and tours. The room was big, clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. There was AC and fan. We got towels, soap and toilet paper. We also had a kettle in the room with coffee and tea, as well as water bottles. Breakfast is served every morning on the rooftop from 8.30am to 10.30am and consist of 2 boiled eggs, cereals, hot milk, bananas, butter breads and black coffee. There is room service with food and the reception is reachable 24/7. At checkout, we were able to let our backpacks in the lobby during the day, and when we came back, the staff kindly gave us access to a bathroom with new towels and soap to refresh before leaving and then we could wait and chill in the common area. It was the first time we experienced so much kindness and sense of service! In addition, the place is perfectly located in a quiet street, very close to many cheap and nice restaurants and bars/coffee places and 5min away from metro station. Also, New Dehli station is 15min walk and make you go to Dehli airport in 20min by express metro line which costs only 60 roupies! The area is vibrant but very safe. We will definitely come back there when we will be back in India!

Quality is what you pay for but it was decent. Property reception Mr Manoj did a great job to help me. All the staff was amazing
