Hola Beach Resort

La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité était très agréable. Nous étions quasiment les seuls dans le resort donc c’était très calme. La plage est collée au resort et il loue des scooters directement là bas. Enfin, le restaurant du resort est bon car il n’y a rien d’autre pour manger le soir sinon.

Nipa Hut Fan Not Working – The electric fan in the nipa hut wasn’t functioning, which made it difficult for my relatives to sleep comfortably due to the heat. Unreliable Wi-Fi – The internet connection was unstable (frequently disconnecting) and gets cut off entirely after 9 PM, which was inconvenient for those needing to stay connected. Stray Dogs – There were stray dogs around the property, which may pose safety and hygiene concerns for guests. Remote Location – The area is quite remote, making access to supplies or transportation a challenge. High Corkage Fee – The corkage fee was quite high and charged per room, which felt excessive. No Staff After 9 PM – There was no staff available after 9 PM, which could be an issue in case of emergencies or basic assistance.

shared bathroom for nipa

it is far property but accepted that trade off for the price. best if you rent a bike or car specially for couples/group of friends because trikes rarely pass by. .the place may be far but the area looks safe. the staff were really accomodating and answered my questions even before arriving. the property has two parts, the front desk and the nipa huts and the villas are in front of the beach. they had solar power so there were no power interruptions during our stay. we booked a villa for four persons and the other bed was on the floor but they doubled upthe mattress. there was enough room outside to hang our clothes. you can use the rest room and shower areas near the nipa huts. bring toiletries

the towels were changed only upon request, our last night there was no water flowing at the faucets or at the rest room. we asked for help from the staff but the staff didnt know what to do. i also asked if he can help find other source of water but staff didnt come back anymore and we just accepted our faith for the night. the water came back in the morning but i hope they make nack ups for water

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

We arrived at the room and the sink was broken. We had to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. It was full of dogs leaving their poop everywhere. The beach was very dirty; it was probably the dirtiest place on the island. Villa 4 shares a wall with another villa, and you can hear everything they say in the next villa.
