Vederea la mare, apartament luminos, spațios, curat și îngrijit.

Ar merita renovat, fiindcă pe alocuri se observă trecerea timpului (mobilierul de la baie - usa, dulapul de sub chiuvetă, mobilierul din sufragerie e demodat, masa și scaunele din living sunt minimaliste). De asemenea, nu este foarte bine antifonat și se aude muzica de la cluburi noaptea, iar ziua lucrările de la One. Dar e un apartament foarte frumos, cu potențial foarte bun.
