Despite my flight being delayed into Fes, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth arrival, arranging a transit and waiting patiently for us. Upon arrival at the accommodation, Anwar helped with our luggage and was incredibly accommodating, even adjusting the room to suit our preferences. The room was initially a bit cold, but Anwar quickly resolved this by turning on the heating, making it as comfortable as possible. The stay was incredibly peaceful—we couldn’t hear a thing, which was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of Fes. Breakfast was a delightful experience every morning without fail, and when I requested softer pillows, this was promptly accommodated. The hosts were available 24/7 to assist with any issues. When we had a problem with the TV service, Anwar worked tirelessly to resolve it, allowing us to fully enjoy Netflix and Amazon (though note they don’t provide an account, so you’ll need your own). The property is perfectly situated away from the main strip, offering a tranquil escape to relax after exploring Fes. Sanae, another host, spoke English fluently and was incredibly kind, even wishing me a happy birthday during my stay. On our departure, she gave us lovely Moroccan souvenirs—a thoughtful touch that made our experience even more special. My mum and Sanae got along so well that I’m sure they’ll stay in touch! The riad is beautifully traditional with stunning architecture! The rooms were impeccably clean, with no trace of dust, and everything was refreshed and changed daily. Overall, the hosts’ attention to detail and their genuine care for our comfort made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming retreat in Fes!

The mattress could have been softer, but that's just my personal preference. For English visitors unfamiliar with riads, it would have been helpful to know in advance how many stairs were required to access the property. While this didn't negatively impact our stay, it would have been good to have a heads-up, especially for those who may not be as fit-it was definitely a bit of a workout!

The breakfast is very good with egg served like tagine, yogurt, 3 kinds of bread, 2 types of cheese, orange juice, coffee and tea. The location is good near the road as we can take the taxi to Riad and just walk 2 minutes.

TV cannot connect Netflix.
