"Basic clean apartment at the beach level at 5 minutes, no stairs"

It ia a basic apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator, minimally furnished with 3 AC, only one TV that works intermittently, new bathrooms, The carpentry needs changing, the doors creak when closing and opening. Clean, spacious apartment with 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen, with secured parking space, friendly owner who accepted late check-in.
