The room was mostly nice. The view is nice (just like anywhere though in the valley)

1. She asked half the money in advance by bank transfer. 2. She told us she would help us organising a ride from Sa Pa but she didn't ever answer us anymore on the day of arrival. 3. When we arrived the lights were out and it took 10 minutes for her to come down plus another 15 minutes to enter the room without her telling us what we are waiting for. 4. It was the wrong room. 5. After a 5 minute shower, we had no more water for neither shower or sink or toilet for the first night. 6. After 2 nights she asked us to change to the room we booked on the morning she asked. We packed up our things and we said we want some sort of small compensation for this. Then she told us we can also stay in the room, so the packing was for nothing and we didn't get any compensation or a sorry.

Excellent ! Un des meilleurs hébergements ou j’ai été niveau rapport qualité prix. J’ai adoré, l’endroit est magnifique, les chambres sont très propre et bien décorées. Le personnel est adorable et l’emplacement est bon. Le restaurant est aussi délicieux avec beaucoup de choix.
