Hmong Wooden Home

I booked 2 nights and ended up staying for 6. I got there for new year's eve, they gave me an upgrade for free and I stayed in a big and gorgeous room with access to the balcony. Absolutely wonderful place, so cosy, and well kept. The rooms have beautiful hmong decor, beds are super comfy and the bathrooms are very clean and new. On top of that the family running the homestay are the sweetest people I've met, so calm, warm and polite. I fell on my motorbike and Mo was so sweet and attentive, helped a great deal. The food is very nice too and at fair prices. I'll leave the best for last with the location. It's right in the middle of the Muong Hoa Valley rice fields. The view is stunning and riding around the homestay is the most awesome experience. One of the highlights of my trip to Vietnam for sure, I didn't want to leave!

I absolutely loved everything, the only thing I'd say is that without a motorbike it might be tricky to reach as it's about a 30 mins ride from Sa Pa and the road is not always good.

The hosts were sooo lovely, they cooked food, ordered taxis for us and even gave us a little handmade present at the end. We got a room update for free, we loved the room so much, the bed was comfortable.

Location is excellent for us. It's not somewhere to expect nightlife, etc. The owners are great. All food was yummy and reasonably priced. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again.

The property doesn't have a sign yet, so it was difficult to confirm we were in the correct location. NOTE: the location on Google Maps is correct. Make sure you search for "Hmong Wooden Home".

Very quiet place maybe 20 minutes from Sapa centre. Local and helpful hosts. Very good pancakes for breakfast, and very nice eating dinner with the family. Animals like their dogs, chickens, buffalos make it feel like you feel close to the nature. They were helpful with renting motorbikes. As a homestay we would really recommend this place. They also made a really nice christmas eve for us when staying there. Recommend for staying at least some days if you go there. We were there three days, could have been there a bit longer too. Very good place to stay in Sapa area, especially price/costs taken to consideration.

Hmong Wooden Home has a great vibe :) we have enjoyed our stay very much. The owners and the staff is very dedicated and kind. It was fantastic to be able to be a part of the family, we felt very safe and comfortable. Room itself is very spacious, bed&linen was very comfy. Place has a beatiful view and many options to hike&explore the neighborhood. Food & coffee was very good, same as the local wine made (with heart) by the owner. Any help we needed we got in no time from the staff. I Highly reccomend this place and we will be coming back! Thank you again Chong and Ma! A&K&F

This was our favourite homestay in Vietnam! The hosts are so lovely and welcoming, they let us check in at 4am after our night bus. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean with an amazing view. The food is well priced and delicious; we enjoyed having dinner with the family every night. We organised everything through them, including a trekking tour and scooter rental. Highly recommend this beautiful homestay!

The property is beautiful. Magnificent views on different levels. Comfortable and spacious accomodation. The host family is super accomodating and warm. So easy to be around. We had the best time. Thank you!

Location is about 20 minutes which is an easy taxi ride from town and perfect way to experience a local village. The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. We did a trek on one of the days which was so scenic. Great value and would recommend if you looking for slower pace.

My wife and 4 young boys stayed at the beautiful homestay for 16 days. My favorite part of my stay was the owners willingness to help us, provide for our unique situation, and communication abilities despite the language barrier. We have stayed in other homestay in this area and would recommend this one over any of the others we stayed at. We are Canadians living in Hanoi and love getting away to Su Pan, Sapa, for a relaxing getaway. Thank you Sinh and Ma.
