Private Self Contained Annex/Cabin

This was the perfect escape and break from reality, so relaxing and peaceful. It was even more enjoyable having such a lovely host who went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. Lorraine was so warm, welcoming and very accommodating which made my experience all the more wonderful. The cosiest bed I’ve ever slept in, I felt like I was sleeping on clouds lol it was great waking up without any disturbance and invigorating being surrounded by nature. I can’t wait to return and relive this incredible experience

I wish I’d booked a longer stay

Lovely little hideaway just out of Birmingham town centre. Very secure and cosy. The bedroom The bed was very comfortable and firm. There was enough room on both sides to get in and out. A nice night lamp finished it off beautifully. Dresser and wardrobe just right. The bathroom This was small, but enough space to use the shower facilities without issue. Towels were provided and more could be had if needed. Nice mirror and lighting made it fine for everyday use. The kitchen area This was perfect for a short getaway. Big fridge freezer, toaster, sandwich maker , slow cooker, rice cooker as well as microwave. I didn't need a hob or grill as this was great. Slow cooked meals waiting for when we returned. Spot on. There was also milk, bread, tea and coffee waiting for us upon arrival. Was brilliant as we didn't need to shop immediately. Plenty of crockery and cutlery too. There was also a small table just for 2. The sitting area. This was nice and cosy. Small sofa, great WiFi, and Netflix and prime available too. Just what you needed to relax. There was a fan for hot days, a heater for cold. Everywhere was very clean, and no issues with it at all I can't express my thanks to Lorraine for making it a very easy getaway. Will definitely be back sometime soon

Well, there wasn't much to dislike to be honest. If I have to mention anything, then it would be the shower could have more power, but that is all I could find to be honest.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived, as we had never seen such a fully wheelchair-accessible unit since joining Booking.com. We were also pleasantly surprised to find so many thoughtful supplies provided, including milk, bottled water, bread, margarine spread, coffee, and jam. The annex/cabin was truly well maintained, comfortable, and carefully prepared for guests. Lorraine was very kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. We shall certainly come back!

Suited our purposes for a 3 night stay.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very comfortable and I experienced no problems at all.

A lovely space with everything you need for a short stay. Fully stocked fridge , internet and heating. Lorraine was lovely and attentive - always on hand in case of any issues (of which there were none)

Lovely stay, very friendly host. Apartment was nice, cosy and warm and bed was very comfortable. Lorraine left a few treats in the apartment (bread, milk, tea) which was a nice surprise and very appreciated. Would stay again.

I loved the cabin, nice clean and quiet. All the facilities were clean, the host provided lots of provisions. Very welcoming and friendly.
