The accommodation was great, with large and very comfortable beds in the family room. Every evening we had visits from cockroaches, but that’s something you have to expect in the Philippines.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the location was the highlight of our stay - just a short walk to Paliton beach!

Shower water pressure was pretty bad and sometimes the staff weren’t around when you needed something - but small things, would still recommend :)

Overall, the accommodation was fine. Nothing special. There was hot water and air conditioning in the room. The tent-shaped houses are located opposite each other, with a small but well-kept courtyard in between. The internet connection was unstable at times, and there were two power outages during our stay, but according to what we were told, this is completely normal on the island. Within walking distance, there is an excellent Italian restaurant (not to be missed) as well as Paliton Beach. It’s also possible to rent a motorbike directly from the host at a reasonable price. Breakfast was simple and not very filling — this is an area that could be improved. In terms of value for money, I found the place slightly overpriced.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Le petit - déjeuner simple, copieux, très bon et varié. Le chant du coq le matin.La literie est bonne et spacieuse. La proximité à pieds (4mn) du restaurant Dolce Amore, 5mn en moto de Paliton plage.

C'était indépendant de leur volonté mais il y a eu une grosse fête de Noël sur le terrain de basket à côté. La musique était très forte avec des pétards mais à part ça nous avons tout apprécié.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the road to the front was lit up so when walking at night it felt safe. There is an amazing Italian restaurant walking distance. I also needed to get some work done and the individual WiFi per cabin worked wonderfully.

It is very simple and minimal - not that’s it’s a bad thing but if you are looking for hotel/pool vibes this isn’t it. Think cottages (like in Snow White) we stayed in sleepy and it was wonderful:)
