If you need a cheap place to stay and to sleep only, this should be fine

there was a small cockroach inside the toilet, the floor was dirty. I’m assuming they don’t really housekeeping the place

The staff always tried to help. However, they couldn’t fix the broken window handle — it didn’t close properly, so we had to listen to the noise from the Chinese restaurant until 2:00 a.m., as well as the smell of buses stopping there to drop off tourists. The teapot wasn’t working and was replaced, but the new one was leaking. It feels like the hotel was great a few years ago, but unfortunately it now needs renovation. Anyway, thanks to the staff for helping with bike rentals and other assistance.

L'hotel è vecchio e mal tenuto. La camera puzza di muffa e ho fatto fatica a dormire. I vetri, le tende, il mobilio è vecchio, sporco e danneggiato. Il materasso aveva le molle sfondate. La TV non funziona. Lo staff è maleducato: ho chiesto di poter avere un bicchiere e mi hanno risposto con un no maleducato. Inoltre, mentre ero in giro per la città, sono entrati con degli operai nella camera. Quando l'ho riferito alla reception hanno solo sorriso.
