We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's located in a quiet area with no traffic, making it perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment owner is extremely pleasant and professional, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. The building itself is secure with a protected entrance, and the apartment features large windows that fill the space with natural light and fresh air. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The bed is large and very comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's rest. On the ground floor of the building, you'll find small grocery stores and a gym, so you don't have to give up your fitness routine. The area is also full of great restaurants with delicious food. The apartment is well-connected to the city, with a public transport stop less than 100 meters away. Niš has a very efficient taxi network as well, and it never took more than three minutes for a taxi to arrive. We will definitely come back again!

New apartment, not in the city center, but great location for l needed. Close to clinic. You have bus stop 4 min from the apartment, Lidl 7-8 min. And i think its free parking infront. Very quiet, good for having a good sleep. Not sure that l saw terrace as described, but over all really nice experience. I dont expect 5 atar resort, but at least one supply of coffee/coffee pad would be nice. Owner was great, easy communication.

Excellent interior design, probably the best I’ve seen in an affordable studio apartment: inspiring. It’s clean, in good condition and it had everything I needed. The host was very helpful and all the formalities took minutes.

I guess it would be even better if it had a microwave and/or a coffee machine. It has a džezve, but I’m not familiar enough with it to use it well.
