Palm&Ocean Canggu

Perfect location, quiet - clean and comfortable. Staff were quick to help when we raised that we have a smell in the room (this was due to some renovations being done in the rooms) - They shifted us upon request.

Единственное, что расстроило- это отсутствие горячей воды, ее не было все три дня в любое время дня. Но за чистоту номера, постельного, полотенец и общую кухню в подарок даем наивысшую оценку. Спасибо большое за гостеприимство

Top Lage, super nettes Personal, sehr sauber, wunderschönes Pool, schönes Zimmerdesign und von Einheimischen geführt ich war insgesamt 4x in dieser Unterkunft. Einer der besten Unterkünfte in Canggu!

es gibt wirklich nichts! ein Mülleimer könnte noch im Zimmer sein, aber das wars ;)

Sehr saubere und geräumige Zimmer, große Dusche und insgesamt sauberes Bad. Perfekte Lage, um Canggu zu erkunden, fußläufig tolle Cafés und Restaurants. Auch der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Durch die Beleuchtung am Pool bzw. Außenbereich War es auch nachts im Zimmer immer etwas heller.

Location is extremely central, Tirta was a very good host she was always ready to answer your questions from WhatsApp. You can rent a bike from them for a good price. Internet was good, the workers cleaned the room very detailed, with mops and stuff. Bed was comfy, having access to filtered water was good.

I didn’t know the kitchen was shared, and the toilet door wasn’t closing. It wasn’t staying closed. It might be alarming for people who don’t want to hear each other in the toilet. Another thing was that somebody crashed our rental bike, but because the bike rental company that they have an agreement with didn’t have insurance, I had to pay the fixing fee, maybe they can change their provider. Also, the toilet had naphtaline and the smell was filling the room, I thought I was going to get poisoned because it smelt so much especially since I couldn’t close the door to stop it

Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer, was wel fijn geweest.

Stunning property in the heart of Canggu, whilst being off the Main Street so very quiet at night. The room is modern and has strong AC, beautiful bathroom and comfy bed. The pool looks lovely though we didn’t get chance to use it.

The power was off a few times during our stay, along with the rest of the street, so I understand it’s not the fault of the property. However this did mean things like WiFi, AC, water dispenser, hot water - were not working for a lot of the day.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing and well-maintained. Quiet at night despite being very close to the main street. Would highly recommend!

Overall, I was very satisfied. The staff were friendly, though they could perhaps be a bit more attentive.

The staff could have been more attentive, but they weren’t bad either.
