Faro Heart Suites

The hotel had an elevator. That is a plus for the hotel. The hotel charged me for breakfast. That should come with the high charge of the hotel. I expected breakfast to be included. I thought it was. It came as a surprise. Good thing I had the money to pay for the breakfast.

Breakfast was OK but a little disorganised. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is called the Made Hotel; because of this and the fact that the signage for Faro Hearts Suites is very small, finding it was difficult. Although close to the Town centre, the area in which the hotel is located is less than salubrious. The display light on the air con was too bright and could not be turned off which made it difficult to sleep.

Todo. Es bastante completo. Está muy nuevo.

No tienen mucha variedad de alimentos sin lactosa para el desayuno.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, excellent location for the harbour, city centre, shops and restaurants.

Would have been nice to have gad tea/coffee making facilities in the room or use of in the hotel. The hot food at breakfast could have been a little hotter
