This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I strongly warn everyone to stay as far away from Hotel Grand Bella, Borivalli, as possible. The nightmare started the moment I entered the hotel. The staff was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive—as if guests are doing them a favor by staying there. No courtesy, no basic hospitality, just cold and arrogant behavior right from the entrance. Then came the room. Absolutely disgusting. The entire place reeked of dust, mold, and dampness. The smell was so bad that I immediately started coughing and feeling uncomfortable. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned or aired out in ages. This is not just unpleasant—it’s a health hazard. Anyone with allergies, asthma, or even basic hygiene standards should NOT stay here. As if that wasn’t enough, there were drunk people roaming the corridors, shouting and creating chaos. Loud noises, zero security, zero control. It felt unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a hotel. This place feels more like a shady lodge than an actual hotel. We couldn’t tolerate it for more than 30 minutes. That’s how unbearable it was. When we informed the management and asked for a refund (which was completely justified given the condition of the hotel), they flat-out refused. No empathy, no accountability, no shame. This hotel is a scam, plain and simple. The photos online are misleading, the reality is filthy, unsafe, and horrible. I genuinely believe this place should be inspected for hygiene and safety violations. If you value your money, your health, or your peace of mind—DO NOT STAY HERE. I regret booking this place and hope this review saves others from making the same mistake.

There is no any facility for entertainment.. like television is there but without indian cabel connection
