After booking I called the given number and the person asked me what is the amount it showed me. Then he said that "with this amount I cannot allow you to check-in". He also that I should speak to booking.com for this - I said that this is not my issue and you should coordinate with Booking.com but denied. Hence I could not check in to this property. This is so annoying.
