Wir waren in der Off season da, Personal nicht vorhanden und erreichbar, sauber war es auch nicht vor allen Dingen die Badezimmer.

Kleiner Raum ohne Fenster. Es hat modrig geschmeckt und es war dreckig.

This hotel is really nice and just a few minutes walk from the beach. It has everything you need during your stay — a kitchen, a fridge, and a kettle. Very good value for money! The host is super kind and always here to help. He also offers other services, not only the hotel. There are many small cafés and restaurants around. I totally recommend !

Very price worthy. The dorm beds are nice with walls on each side and a curtain by your feet. Very calm and relaxed place. Lalith who runs the place is super nice and helped me with information and service about, transport, safari and general info about Sri Lanka. I felt very welcomed.

The owner of the property is so kind and he's always trying to make you feel welcome!! Just love it so much, absolutely to come back!!

Perfect location, very comfy and large bed with curtains, water available, friendly host.

Warning for girls: The owner provides massages for a decent price. I thought it was a discount with a spa... But it was from him. I felt very uncomfortable cause he was very borderline and touched me where you shouldn't be touched during a massage, especially from a man. I told him a couple of times to stop "the area", he was slow to get it. I have done many massages in Sri Lanka and Asia, and I know where the limit is. I think the owner, as friendly as he is, is just taking advantage of massaging and touching young foreign girls... So hope this comment will prevent you from experiencing the awkward and uncomfortable moment I went through!

I stayed in the AC dorm for 2 nights then extended to 6 nights. Super friendly host and great location, I could walk to the beach, surf and great local + western restaurants when I wanted. Also in off season I found at times I was the only one in the dorm so for my case it was like a private room for the cheap price. I like how the dorms aren’t bunk beds but more like little makeshift capsule rooms with a curtain. Yes the facilities and rooms were basic, but it justified the price and still got free access to bottled water as well. There’s a kitchen, fridge, and it’s quiet. Not a party hostel which is what I wanted. I would recommend the AC room because it gets very hot and coming back to a cool dorm inbetween my sightseeing was great.

Dont come if you need good wifi, the wifi is very limited - it works but even scrolling social media was limited. Which has an upside because you spend less time on your phone and more time out exploring. However for work I would not recommend, nor is there a super comfortable place to sit and work on laptop. I would sit outside but get eaten by mosquitos and flies. So I would just go to other restaurants to work and that’s ok because it’s a hostel not a coworking space.
