Nice, quiet place to stay in Sadi Bou Said. The owner let us come early for check-in and let us for late check-out what we are appreciated a lot. Kitchen was small, but has enough things for simple cooking. Appartement is in Tunisian style with close terrace and open terrace with a view on the city. Small shops was around, super market 5-7 min to walk.

There was no closet for clothes and other things. There are a lot of sofas, tables and other furniture, but nowhere to put things. but for one night it was not a big problem. there was a slight specific smell.

Owner is friendly and patiently waited to bring us to his home. Clean. Easy parking. House has lovely rooftop

Direction to the house in this website is wrong. Is very cold during winter because no heater inside bedroom

Close from the city center. The room is clean and spacious. Very comfortable.

The terrace is the only positive of this place although it comes with super loud construction noise. Sidi bou said is nice but can be seen on a day trip. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the main area.

- Uncomfortable bed: You could feel the springs up to your neck. Girl from the family that's next door walked in on me thinking it's the same place. - No privacy and loud: you hear everything they say next door, 2nd night 5-6 people chatting and laughing outside your bedroom window. - Kitchen good enough to make a coffee, if you know how to make Turkish coffee. No knives, utensils and pan burned and dirty. - Cafe next door with people talking loud and playing music from 630 am - No washing machine: the owner will offer to come and wash them for you, but did show up. The only day he didn’t come :D - Unstable internet, make sure you have mobile data - Payment only in cash - The shower drains the water very slow, by the end of the shower you're ankle deep in your own juices :D and it flows to the rest of the bathroom so you need to clean up after each shower. -The host will mark you as no-show after you leave. -The host blamed me for leaving the keys inside when checking out despite no leaving any instructions.
