The property is new, neat and clean. It is located just opposite the coffee shops at Balewadi High Street, so very convenient to do your meetings there.

All rooms of the Hotel are smoking rooms, which I did not realize while booking. I had a hellish night with the room filled with the smell of cigarette, even the bedsheets had that smell! The owner was very matter-of-fact and in fact blamed me for not checking the booking properly. He had no warmth towards a suffering senior citizen. Very cold and business like. There is no gym. You cannot get any morning tea before 8am. I am not coming back here!

Complimentary breakfast quantity could be improved. Quantity of Poha given was equivalent to child's aapetitie. Kindly look into this.
