The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. The historic center of Bari is also within easy reach along the coastline, making it a pleasant walk. Nearby, you can find bus stops, shops, and even restaurants, which makes getting around very convenient. The room itself is spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was well-maintained and organized. The host was very kind, caring, and attentive, providing all the necessary information and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. If you are looking for accommodation close to the sea, this is an excellent choice.

One thing to keep in mind if you are arriving by car is that parking can be challenging. Finding a space on the street is not always easy, and street parking is paid. We were offered a garage in the building's inner courtyard for €20 per day. The parking system may seem unusual at first: you leave your car and keys, and the staff park and move the vehicles around as needed to make the best use of the available space. Initially, we were a bit concerned about leaving the car this way, but everything went perfectly. The staff were professional, experienced, and clearly knew what they were doing. Another thing worth mentioning is that, especially on weekends, there can be many gatherings and events nearby, with music sometimes playing until late at night. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to consider. However, for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere, it may not be an issue at all.

Gli diamo 5 stelle, appartamento ottimo, sistemazione eccellente 🙂 Il balcone si affaccia sul mare, la spiaggia è vicina e il centro di Bari è a 20 minuti a piedi, meno in autobus. Letti comodi, cucina ben attrezzata. Proprietario gentile.

The booking made a mistake claiming two bathrooms. However it was just 1.5 bathrooms. We were two old couples and it was big inconvenience for us

Bardzo przestronny, wygodny dla rodziny, dobrze wyposażony. Super lokalizacja blisko plaży i stacji kolejowej, niedaleko duży sklep spożywczy.

Nie mam uwag

Wygodny, duży apartament, przy samej plaży, 5 minut od stacji kolejowej z której podmiejską kolejką można dojechać do okolicznych miasteczek. Do centrum spacer promenadą nadmorską 20 minut. Polecam!

Pozitivum je blízká moc hezká pláž s mořem a nádraží, centrum města cca 20 minut pěšky. Historické centrum Bari je moc pěkné, ale naprosto nádherné je město Monopoli, tam se nám líbilo nejvíce.

Toto ubytování pro nás bylo velkým zklamáním a bohužel ho nemůžeme doporučit. Přijeli jsme na dovolenou s malými dětmi a očekávali jsme klidné a čisté místo, což se bohužel nestalo. Největším problémem byl hluk z baru přímo před apartmánem. Na bar, který je asi tak 20 metrů od bytu, jsme bohužel nebyli upozorněni. První noc probíhala v baru akce, takže téměř do rána vycházeli lidé před bar kouřit a velmi hlasitě se bavili a křičeli. Kvůli hluku jsem nespala do 3 do rána a potom jen přerušovaně. S manželem jsme si proto vyměnili ložnice, ale další noc se situace opakovala a ani manžel se synem se nemohli vyspat. Dalším problémem byl hluk z apartmánu nad námi. Po celý týden jsme slyšeli hlasité rány a zvláštní zvuky, které jsme nemohli rozklíčovat, připomínaly přesouvání nábytku. Tyto zvuky se objevovaly i v noci, například poslední noc přibližně od půlnoci do dvou hodin ráno a bylo to opravdu hodně nepříjemné. Velmi negativně hodnotíme také čistotu apartmánu. Podlaha byla při příjezdu špinavá a musela jsem ji sama vytřít. Byly zde i další hygienické nedostatky, které jsme dokumentovali fotografiemi a zaslali přes Booking. Majitelka nám původně slíbila, že zajistí úklid, ale později toto tvrzení změnila a úklid odmítla. Když jsme chtěli řešit problémy, byli jsme obviněni, že si věci vymýšlíme, což pro nás bylo velmi nepříjemné a zaskočilo nás to. Neměli jsme žádný důvod si něco vymýšlet – chtěli jsme si jen užít klidnou dovolenou...Hodně cestujeme a za všechny naše cesty jsme si nikdy nestěžovali. Protože problémy nebyly během pobytu žádným způsobem vyřešeny, rozhodli jsme se odjet domů o dva dny dříve. Celkově pobyt neodpovídal tomu, co bylo prezentováno při rezervaci. Pro rodiny s malými dětmi nebo pro hosty, kteří hledají klidné ubytování, toto místo podle nás není vhodné.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Sie besteht aus großen, hellen Räumen und der Meerblick ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler. Toilettpapier, Waschmittel, Handtücher (inkl. Tausch unter der Woche) - alles war vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls hervorragend für Ausflüge, weil sie sich in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Bahnhofes befindet. Von dort aus erreicht man die Highlights unkompliziert. Wenn man Lust auf Strand und Meerblick hat, ist man zu Fuß in fünf Minuten dort. Vita ist eine sehr aufmerksame und engagierte Gastgeberin. Sie stand uns mit Rat zur Seite und war immer sofort zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder diese Wohnung buchen, wenn wir in Bari sind.
