Property was quiet and comfortable. Easy to walk to key locations with lovely rooftop views. Very gracious and attentive hosts.

The property is not in a good location and certainly not suitable for families. The photos do not show the run down area it is situated in with large piles of rubbish on the surrounding streets and the general unsafe feeling of the area. The air conditioning did not cool correctly but just circulated the air in the room which remained very warm. One of the bedrooms had transparent curtains with no blind. There was a lot of nighttime light pollution.

I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!

I wasn't expecting to see what we seen in Palermo, especially after Taormina old town. In top locations, where they exactly are, nice. I can underline that owner very nice person, with advices and everything!

But we have to comment and say what we think. All around is total Pakistan or deep Africa. So for this place it was kinda good, but in our life is bad and we never want to come back in Palermo. Feels unsafe there and you should be in focus all the time. What kind of rest it is i don't know. Today at moving out, as well was no electricity in apartment and no water. So no shower, just straight to airport.

Everything that you need is there. Even though the street doesn’t look the best the apartment is freshly renovated and everything is new. View from the balcony is amazing.

Very nice place. Close to all main attractions. Beautiful view from the apartment on the historical city centre and mountains. Very helpful host. You don't have to worry about the apartment's surroundings, because just 600 meters away you will find the beautiful Cathedral and Palazzo dei Normanni. I recommend :)

Beautiful clean flat with great view over the city. The communication with the host is smooth and responsive.

Ballaro is a neighbourhood that at first glance doesn't feel safe and is run down, dirty. I would not recommend it for families even though it's safe. The condo is a stark contrast to the luxury of the flat. Finally would have appreciated having shower gel and washing powder available for guests.

Everything was great from start to finish. The place is beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. A special mention to Diana, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She truly went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you again!
