Villa Pallastrelli

Schöne alte Villa mit Charme, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet Schönen Terrasse mit Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen, aber nur teilweise benutzbar. Warmes Wasser ist immer ausreichend zum Duschen vorhanden

Die Villa war nicht sauber, staubig und die Bäder nicht gründlich geputzt. Die Küchenfronten waren speckig . Auch die Auflagen der Sonnenliegen waren verschmutzt, sodass wir sie nicht nutzten wollten 🤢. Beide Sonnenschirme auf der schönen Terrasse waren defekt, sodass wir sie nicht nutzen konnten 🥵. Du hast das Haus auch nicht allein, wie beschrieben. Es wohnt eine alte Damen mit ihren zwei Hunden und mit vermutlich ihrer Pflegerin im anderen Teil des Hauses. Die Hunde bellen ab und zu, die Dame bemerkst du nicht, da gentrennte Eingänge vorhanden sind. Aber es entspricht nicht der Beschreibung.

House has Italian charm and decent location (though it is a fifteen minute walk to train station, so some may want something closer)

We requested a crib and they forgot it!! After more than twenty four hours of international travel we missed our train connection so we missed our window to meet with them for check in and there was no after hours number so I had to pull a mattress onto the floor and lay with my baby to make sure he was safe all night. It was awful. They had also forgotten to turn the hot water on!! So none of us could shower after long international travel. Then they only offered a refund of 100 euros!! For having to basically lay awake all night to make sure my baby isn’t rolling onto the floor and having no hot water!! Awful customer service. They also were missing kitchen basics such as paper towels and coffee filters and defended themselves for not having these items but we stayed at many places in Italy where these were included as part of our stay. For the price they should have been included.

The house and the location was fantastic - lots of space and beautiful - loved our stay and would definitely come back

The beds were uncomfortable

ottima posizione, ottima vista dalla casa. tanto spazio interno.

Dimora storica ma ristrutturata in parte. Pulizie non soddisfacenti. Mancanza di aria condizionata e zanzariere. Ci sono molte zanzare ma per l'assenza del condizionatore non si puo chiudere le finestre. Quindi non resta che soffrire :)

Flott beliggenhet. Ved strand,nær sentrum,ikke langt til togstasjonen,transport med båt rett ved,og ikke minst turstien som også begynte like i nærheten.En behagelig liten by å bo i!

Ikke den beste rengjøringen. Tett og skitten sluk i den ene dusjen,fra første dag. Ordnet så godt vi kunne opp i det selv. Kjøkkenet ikke ryddig og rent.Mye gammelt støv og spinelvev.

Lage und Blick auf das Meer

Rattenplage im direkten Umfeld, Rattengift lag auf allen Balkonen und Kammerjäger haben ohne Ankündigung Fallen aufgestellt. Müll vom Vormieter hat zusätzlich Ratten angezogen. Wir konnten wegen der Ratten nicht richtig lüften und haben uns nicht mehr wohlgefühlt. Die Liegen und der untere Flur waren verunreinigt und haben schlecht gerochen.

The location is superb, directly onto beach front, very large property suitable for a group.

Lots of stairs good for your cardio, bit noisy at night with parties on the beach below .
