Villa Gufo Ostuni

Het was geweldig (10/10), echt een aanrader!! Ronald & Julie hebben ons met open armen ontvangen en stonden altijd klaar met leuke tips. We hebben genoten van de prachtige accommodatie, het zwembad, de goed gelegen locatie en niet te vergeten… het verrukkelijke ontbijt! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug 😄.

Très bel endroit propice à la détente. Chambre avec literie de très bonne qualité. Pièces communes bien équipées (frigo, vaisselles, télévision et boissons avec supplément...) à disposition des vacanciers. Parking privé, piscine. Restaurants à proximité avec produits locaux. On a aussi apprécié le fait que la langue française soit parlée par Julie, la maîtresse de maison. Ceci dit, Ronaldo, son mari, nous a aussi très bien reçu et a été aux petits soins pour nous.

Villa Gufo is an absolute treasure. The villa is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the saltwater pool and panoramic terrace are the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring Ostuni. The real highlight, though, is Julie and Ronald. They are genuinely wonderful hosts — warm, accommodating, and full of great local knowledge. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Breakfast by the pool each morning with fresh local produce was the perfect start to every day. We cannot recommend this place highly enough — if you’re considering it, just book it. We’ll absolutely be back! 🦉

Die vorderen drei Zimmer zum Pool könnten etwas mehr Privatsphäre gebrauchen.

Fabulous hosts. Great communication. They were friendly and went above and beyond to help. For example, booking local restaurants. Loved the pool and surrounding area. Spotlessly clean room and shared areas. Shared kitchen and social areas were well appointed and provided basic commodities. An honesty bar was a great touch and much appreciated. The breakfast buffet by the pool each morning was superb . Wide range of foods available including hot food cooked to order. We had a great stay at Villa Gufo.

Beautiful country location, close to Ostuni and other lovely little towns. We had a fabulous few days here with kind and very welcoming hosts. All guests have a private bedroom but share a living room and kitchen. Great breakfasts.

Amazing upmarket boutique B&B with incredibly friendly and professional hosts. Property is superb with beautiful swimming pool & sunloungers. Breakfast each morning served around the swimming pool was outstanding too. Communal lounge areas were also incredible with well-stocked fridges and snacks available, operating on an honesty basis. The hosts also have a selection of electric Vespa bikes and electric mountain bikes available for rent. We rented 2 Vespas for the day and it was magical visting two nearby towns whilst being able to take in the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area. There is also a small restaurant 10 mins walk away from the property which was very authentic (cash only) but served delicious food. It felt like you were eating at someones home - we enjoyed it so much we went back again on our last night. Overall, highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. Julie and Ronald were extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the property was beautifully maintained. The peaceful rural setting provided a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great selection of fresh, healthy and tasty food with tasty gluten free options. The location is also ideal for exploring the region and taking day trips to nearby or further attractions. We would be happy to stay here again in the future :)

We just loved everything about this place. Location close to all the beautiful small towns but in the country side so very peaceful even it is only 10 minutes drive from Ostuni. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. The sheets,towels, shampoo are first class. There are 6 rooms all together and a lovely pool where the amazing breakfast is served. A local restaurant in walking distance is also worth visiting. We give this place 6 stars and the hostes are both so friendly and make you feel at home.
