Service . Though staff were friendly there is clear absence of leadership. Lack of trained staff was evident.2 staff talking to each other and standing but couldnโt observe that water is not served. If you complain immediately they will make the order complimentary which i refused couple of times. Dont really know whether anyone looks at these comps or that is their norm! Fresh lime soda took 25 minutes and ginger tea in the morning took 40 mins. When complained within 5 mons they served! I was on half board and had lunch instead of dinner. But they charged.had only rajma chawal and one biriyani(2 pax). Their excuse was it is ala carte. But they dont serve buffet! Consumed items were very basic still they charged. Someone tried to contact me when i was in airport post check out but i refused to talk.( did not have the patience for his excuse after spending my two days and money).
