Great location overlooking lake and good buffet breakfast in a quiet setting (March).

The beds were very, very hard. Since the shower is incorporated in the bathroom, you must time your use so as to avoid getting wet.

Very good location in Sapa. Easy for us to walk to restaurant area. We requested for a room with lake view and the hotel was able to accommodate. Toilet & bathroom were clean. We requested for extra bath and hand towels. The staff were accommodating.

The table was dusty and the paint on the walls were peeling. Mineral water bottles with additional charge looked like it had been there for ages. It was very dusty. Breakfast selection was extremely limited. Hotel served similar food everyday throughout our 5-day stay. Hotel staff weren't very helpful. We asked for a driver contact. The front office promised to find out however she never got back to us. The toilet pump had difficulty refilling water. After flushing we had to use the bidet to refill water for the next flush. The room was not very clean. Need to look into hygiene. They should do deep cleaning and request for pest control.

Love the Central Location and the Lakeview Room with Balcony, plus a sumptuous Buffet Breakfast every Morning.

Was disappointed with Hot water limitations for Hot Deep Bathtub soak. Takes almost an hour to fill up bathtub with 15 mins of Hot water x 3 intervals to fill the bathtub.

Great location, comfortable bed, parking for cars

Very poor soundproofing. You can talk to your neighbors through the wall. When we checked into the room, our towels were dirty... They probably hadn't been replaced after the previous guests. We couldn't use them. The floor in the room was dirty.

From the moment we booked to the day we checked out, the level of care and attention from the staff was truly exceptional. Even before arriving, Kevin made everything seamless—and when our stay took an unexpected turn and we had to bring my mom to the clinic for an asthma attack, he went above and beyond. He didn’t just assist us—he guided us like a trusted local friend, making a stressful situation feel manageable and supported every step of the way. The management is incredibly lucky to have someone like Kevin. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Thank you for everything.

The only small thing we noticed was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety—but honestly, it didn’t take away from our experience at all. With the beautiful lake view and being just steps from the door after breakfast, our mornings were still incredibly peaceful and happy.

Good views and staff

Bed was like a brick, pillows were flat and worn out. Hot water had a switch and it was turned off!
