It's not luxurious, but for it's category it was perfect. Clean and tidy with very nice staff. It can be a little confusing how to get into hotel for checkin as the only door say "Restaurant TatraInn" but it's it - just go inside and ask, it's the hotel's restaurant. And do not hesitate to ask the people any questions you may have, they answer everything. It has it's own parking lot which is accessible (you can get there) only in specific hours during week days (except weekend) as you have to go via pedestrian zone - so you may need to pay for few hours parking during week day checkin (very low price compared to Slovak average).
