The cottage was really lovely, very cosy, dog friendly too. Loved the bedroom with all the matching bedding and curtains.

Found it hard to get the TV to work but when I contacted the owner, she told me how to sort it

A traditional cosy Irish Cottage hidden away in a very peaceful, rural countryside location, just minutes from Dromahair village. Great value for money, good communication with the host, handy check in with coded key box and a well equipped kitchen with some sweet treats left for us,which was a really nice touch.

Quiet location.

Uncomfortable bed and sofa.TV to small. Directions on Booking.com not accurate. Difficult to find.

- I forgot whether breakfast was supposed to be included but the cereal was completely stale - NO wifi, it’s my fault not checking and took it for granted that there’ll be wifi. Got a bit difficult as the data signal got really sketchy there (there’s signal only at certain corners of the house for me) - please Update the official address on booking.com - this was partly my fault as the host did send me a message with the right address. I, for some reason, did not get notifications for the message sent to me and missed it. So I drove to the address in the booking.com listing and was led to an old vacant property for sale. Panicked as I didn’t have signal but a lovely local man knew exactly where “Clinton’s cottage” is so I got there in the end. - Would be great to have a drying rack to go with the washer.

Quite remote within lovely countryside

Cottage needs a deep clean. Dirty skirting boards. Lots of dead insects on bathroom window sill. Dead leaves on lounge window sill. Bits of old soap and half used toiletries left in bathroom. The owners played very loud music until midnight on one night making it impossible to sleep.

It's a nice and cosy cottage. We had a lovely dinner at the "Riverbank' restaurant in Dromahair which is only 10 min or even less away.

Very peaceful. Amazing unexpected scenery en route. Good value for money. Tea bags and kettle in the kitchen were handy. We brought milk with us so that was great. Good local shop, bar n restaurants for dinner 10 minutes away.

It was a bit tricky to find but I had problems getting the message they sent earlier giving me the correct postcode for satnav. We soon got there anyway so that was fine.
