Nur die Lage

Die Wohnung sieht auf die Fotos sehr schön und bequem aus. Wenn mann aber in die Wohnung ist, kann man sehen dass die Fotos vor ein paar Jahren gemacht wurden. Die Wohnung wurde unserer Meinung nach nie sauber gemacht. Boden nie gewaschen. Der Duschvorhang stinkt von Pilzabbildung, und die Spinngewebe hängt überall. Im Bad wurde die Decke nach der Wasserbruch nicht repariert, Internetzugang funktioniert nicht. Also, nur ist die Lage Gut.

Das einzig gute an diesem Apartment ist die Zentrumsnähe

Das Apartment ist nicht sauber- extrem dreckig! Im Badezimmer ist ein Leck an der Wand. Stromkabeln hängen im Flur runter. Die Küche ist sehr fettig und dreckig-aus dem Kühlschrank stinkt es! Einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht-lösen einen Kurzschluss aus. Das Apartment ist für niemanden zu empfehlen. Zu teuer für diese Verhältnisse!

Komunikacija s vlasnikom je bila dobra i brza. Stan je na dobroj lokaciji.

Stan s puno potencijala, ali nažalost jako prljav. Ljepljiva i masna kuhinja, korištena spužva, ne dobiju se kuhinje krpe. Zidovi su isto jako prljavi, iz njih vire razne žice. Utičnice također na pola vire vani. U kupaoni puno vlage. Paučine po cijelom stanu. O balkonu da i ne pričam. Sve je dosta prljavo i zahtjeva generalno čišćenje. Vidi se da se ulagalo u stan, ali nažalost ne održava se nimalo. Veliko razočaranje.

Super lokacija, center mesta, veliko stanovanje, prostorno, ima vse pripomocke ki jih pobrebujes za udobno bivanje.

Veliko vlage v stanovanju (zatohel vonj po vlažnem), umazan balkon, spodnja sitna soseda nam je zaradi mirnega klepeta v kuhinji tolkla ob steno in kricala. Nastanitev naj bi imela vkljucen parkirni prostor, a ga nima. Za 36h parkiranja v bliznji garazni hisi, placali 43€.

Rien car nous n'avons même pas vu l'appartement. Une heure avant d'arriver à Zagreb nous avons reçu un message parlant d'un dégât des eaux (situation déjà citée dans des commentaire précédents). Appartement loué deux fois?

Relation client très mauvaise pour ne pas dire plus. Envoi de message par WhatsApp. N'a jamais répondu au téléphone. Nous a planté une heure avant d'arriver à Zagreb. A essayé de nous proposer un autre appartement deux fois plus petit, puis un remboursement (que nous avons finalement obtenu grâce à l'intervention de Booking) puis par miracle deux appartements côte a côte après lui avoir confirmé que nous avions dû louer en urgence un autre appartement non annulable (forcément plus cher). A disparu sans donner aucune nouvelle.

Absolute scam - apartment was double booked, host did not bother to let me know until I got there. Supposedly promised a refund and yet nothing’s happened

The Air Conditioning and black out blinds. Also quite quiet at night. The kitchen is new. Felt quite safe.

The location is far out - no restaurants nearby - a good 20 minute walk. Also lots of derelict buildings and graffiti in the street. The property was quite dirty and in disarray - dusty and looked like needed a deep clean. Wires hanging out of the wall. Bedding was also not totally clean either. Shower has no water pressure & doesn’t have a proper curtain and water sprays/floods all over the room. Wi-Fi was not working - host didn’t really fix it our whole stay - he gave us the wrong box number but never came over to sort it out. He told me I could leave my bags there as I had a late flight but then backed down on this so that was disappointing.
