No TV stations no coffee or tea had two wait. Extra 30 minutes two get in then he had two make the bed
GBArea rough supposedly private parking but none there so I didn't stay but was still charged
GBGot relocated, unhappy about the information given for alternative, poor communication,very minimal information given, had to ask for new location and phone number.
GBNot much, since when we arrived we had to wait for over 30 minutes as the room was not ready. My colleague who was using the room found there was no toilet paper, and when flagging this with the staff member who had been cleaning the rooms, they simply shrugged and complained about the previous tenants.
Everything, the space would have been fine but making us wait, repeatedly (we had more than one room booked - the other room is another confusing story that I still don't understand). This space could have been OK if they had planned properly and provided the bare minimum...! Communication was also an issue. We were not provided with check-in details, so we relied on the member of staff who was just extremely unreliable.
GBThere was nothing to like as we had to find alternative arrangements as the room was not ready when we arrived - no warning, no comms, just arriving three and finding there was no room. We found alternative arrangements, and I expect a FULL REFUND since we did not stay there, especially considering the state of the place.
When we arrived, we were told we could not stay there that night and had to find alternative arrangements. My colleague, we was supposed to stay there made their own arrangements so in the end we didn't use the room. A good thing since our other colleague who needed to stay for one night had a horrendous time here and found it unaccessible and unclean. Could see they were making an effort, but since we found an alternative room for the colleague who was supposed to stay for a week, we expect a FULL REFUND since the person who owns the home had caused the issue which meant we did not use this room in the end.
