I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect - directly in the city centre, surrounded by many shops and within a walking distance from the main attractions Budapest has to offer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is very clean. The hotel lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea and water - which makes such a difference and truly adds an additional layer of comfort to your stay. The rooms are a great size - we stayed in a suite, as well as a standard room, due to our stay being interrupted by the Champions League and having to escape Budapest for a few days. Both rooms were extremely comfortable and the only difference between the two were the taller ceilings in the suite. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was a perfect pressure, the staff were happy to provide more bedding when it was requested. I also loved the gym and sauna - the equipment was brand new and very clean. Lastly, I loved that this was a pet-friendly hotel/residence. As an animal lover, it was a great pleasure seeing cute dogs in the lobby!

Nothing - this hotel, and Budapest, exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to return again soon.

Overall feel of facility was great. Location was convenient. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed upgraded room with balcony! Loved how blacked out the curtains made the room at night!

Only little thing was light by kitchenette area wouldn't shut off unless card taken out of slot by door so disruptive to sleeping. Pillows were okay, but a little lacking...

Spacious, modern and very clean suites. Location is excellent with everything close by. Very safe neighborhood. We were a large group of 8 women traveling and booked 4 suites, all exceptionally good value for money. Highly recommend.
