"Fantastic"

Perfectly located right in the heart of Long Melford, although you wouldn't know it. Due to the discreet driveway down to the property. Local Co-operative Store within 300 metres, great access to local eateries and cafe's etc. The property is well laid out and very comfortable, plenty of pots, pans, glasses etc should you wish to cook. Great communication with Louie the owner, who was very helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend and return.

"Just what we needed for a 3 night stay."

Excellent location in Long Melford which had a good choice of places to eat but the kitchen had a fantastic collection of pots and pans and dishes so there was no problem eating in. Long Melford is a great place to see this beautiful part of Suffolk and Lavenham.

"Best location in town."

An ideal location in the centre of Long Melford, down a short private track to the off-road, allocated, safe, private parking. Very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the town. Accommodation was much more spacious than expected with good quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings. Wonderful underfloor heating system. Superb power shower. Comfortable outdoor furniture. Lovely little garden to enjoy the late-summer sunshine. 5 mins walk to the local butcher, baker and Co-op. Lots of tea-rooms and pubs/restaurants nearby, also an excellent "chippy" at the end of the lane. Highly recommended.

"A real gem"

The property was spotless and the location couldn't have been better. The host was welcoming and knowledgeable. The property is around the corner from shops and restaurants but feels like it's in the countryside. The patio is bright and sunny, but protected from the weather- a wonderful place for your morning coffee! Paula and Rowen

"Louie the host was very welcoming"

Location excellent for Long Melford. Property quiet and nice large back garden with furniture and BBQ,, walks out the back across the cricket pitch and fields to the river. Has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.

A little too masculine decor for me, very concrete but very functional
