Dream Guest House

Iam 67 and have asthma diagnosis. This apartment has a black mold on the wall and very punget smell. After being 15 mins in the room I had a bad asthma attack . I had to guickly go out and took my medicin. All my luggages were still inside. When I came back, a friend of the owner was waiting there. I told him what happend and showed him the black mold on the bathroom and on the floor. I also took photos of these. I told him, that they would refund my money for 3 nights due to my illness and the contaminated apartment. The guy called the owner , who said to contact Booking.com . Now I have been in contack several times, and they say that owner does not respond to their any inquiries in any way. The owner has bocked my calls too. Owner is unpleasant, the room is stuffy and moldy. The way things are handled is close to criminal. I can not recommend this apartment to anyone !

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko dworca, klimatyzacja. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. W kuchni ekspres do kawy na kapsułki i darmowa kawa. Generalnie było czysto.

Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, zamaskowany odświerzaczem powietrza. Zapach, jakby ktoś wcześniej palił tam papierosy. Dla mnie problematyczny był również brak poszewki na kołdrę. Po rozmowie z właścicielem dostaliśmy drugie prześcieradło i tak spaliśmy :) Na korytarzu także odświerzacze powietrza. Brak talerzy i sztućców w kuchni.

Bagno sporco con peluria varia su mobili e water, muri con macchie di umidità, tapparella non funzionante, tende con incrostazioni, infissi non insonorizzati, condominio e strada rumorose, la vicinanza alla stazione rende insicuri la sera, mancato controllo degli accessi all struttura con ospiti che invitano gente esterna a colazione, tazze per la colazione insufficienti per numero di ospiti
