Place was beautiful and staff was so friendly and helpful!

We stayed in the Penthouse for a very reasonable rate. The penthouse was phenomenal… very VERY Spacious, and offered all of the comforts of home with 2 bedrooms, kitchen area and plenty of comfortable seating. Nicely decorated w lots of attention to details. If we return, would 100% book this again!

What a wonderful place! Our room was perfect for us. It had a little living room in addition to the bedroom area. There is a little morning room for coffee, tea and fruit, yogurt etc. The property has a bar and many different areas to congregate. I wish we would have stayed more than one night! We will return if we are in this area again.

We loved the location and bar space. It was super quaint and we were super excited to spend some time down there enjoying drinks and reading. We had the pizza and it was a great dinner! Espresso martini was incredible. We loved how the rooms were laid out and that there were refreshments available to overnight guests.

The live music was absolutely horrific. I can’t describe it in any other words than that. We took our pizza to the front porch so we couldn’t hear it along with the majority of the other guests. We then left the property so that we didn’t have to listen to it. Was a huge bummer because we couldn’t enjoy the bar area until after 8. Rooms also were loud but that is forewarned so can’t be super negative about that. Last opportunity for improvement would be to use a less powerful odor while cleaning rooms. It was a very overwhelming smell.

I loved that there were no checkin staff and it was just a come and go as you please type place. It was perfect for my vacation, 10/10 will be back!

This place is beautiful. It is clean, well maintained, and very inviting. I highly recommend it if you are looking to a trip to Black Mountain, SC. Be sure to check out Montreat while here.

Liked convenience and sheets. Did not like having no bath soap, lotion or Kleenex. If you are in room 101, the porch speaker and lights will be a problem.

We had a great stay here. Everything was amazing and the staff was attentive to our needs.
